Peer Reviewer Process

All manuscripts submitted to JIEEG undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, in which both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain anonymous.

The review process includes the following stages:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening – Evaluation of manuscript suitability, scope alignment, formatting compliance, and plagiarism screening.

  2. Peer Review – The manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

  3. Reviewers’ Recommendations – Accepted, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Rejected.

  4. Author Revision – Authors revise the manuscript based on reviewers’ feedback.

  5. Final Decision – The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision.

The editorial decision is final and based on scholarly merit, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field.
