PENGUATAN MODEL PENDIDIKAN TRANSFORMATIF BERBASIS KOLABORASI PENTAHELIX DALAM MEMBANGUN SDM UNGGUL MENUJU INDONESIA EMAS 2045

Abstract

Human resource development is one of the key pillars in achieving Indonesia Gold 2045. However, limited public understanding regarding transformative education, digital literacy, character strengthening, and cross-sector collaboration remains a challenge in developing competitive human resources. This community empowerment program aimed to improve participants’ understanding of transformative education and the implementation of the pentahelix collaboration model through a national webinar. The activity was conducted online involving academics, practitioners, students, teachers, and the general public. The implementation stages consisted of preparation, educational intervention, interactive discussion, and evaluation. The webinar presented four strategic themes, namely transformative education, environmental-based learning, digital literacy, and pentahelix collaboration. The results demonstrated increased participant understanding regarding human resource development strategies, character education, digital literacy, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The activity also strengthened inter-institutional networking and encouraged sustainable collaborative initiatives. Therefore, educational programs based on transformative education and pentahelix collaboration can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening human resource capacity toward Indonesia Gold 2045.
