Graphic organizers the learning theories in education
Keywords:
Graphic organizer, Learning theories, EducationAbstract
The effectiveness of teaching and learning is closely related to how information is structured, presented, and integrated into the learner’s existing cognitive framework. In contemporary educational practice, there is increasing recognition that meaningful learning does not occur through rote memorization alone, but through the active construction of knowledge based on prior understanding. In this context, graphic organizers have emerged as significant pedagogical tools that facilitate the organization, representation, and integration of knowledge. It is hoped that this work will contribute to a deeper understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of graphic organizers, and will serve as a useful reference for educators, students, and researchers who seek to enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes.
