KADERISASI BERBASIS CORE THINKING (CONTEXTUAL RESONANCE THINKING ): MODEL REFLEKTIF DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KADER HUMANIS DAN ADAPTIF

Kaderisasi mahasiswa sering kali dipahami sebatas proses administratif dan pelatihan teknis tanpa ruang refleksi nilai. Artikel ini mengembangkan konsep CoRe Thinking (Contextual Resonance Thinking) sebagai paradigma baru dalam pembelajaran kader yang menekankan integrasi nilai, pengalaman, dan kesadaran sosial. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan lima pilar utama: kontekstual, resonansi, empati, reflektif, dan transformasional. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan reflektif-konseptual melalui analisis literatur dan pengalaman kaderisasi di lingkungan mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kader yang berbasis konteks sosial dan refleksi nilai mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, empati, serta kesadaran kepemimpinan secara signifikan. Model CoRe Thinking berperan sebagai jembatan antara teori pembelajaran reflektif dan praksis kaderisasi di perguruan tinggi. Implikasi konseptualnya menegaskan bahwa proses kaderisasi seharusnya diarahkan pada pembentukan kader yang humanis, kritis, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan sosial. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji efektivitas model ini secara empiris dalam konteks pendidikan dan organisasi mahasiswa.

INVENTARISASI AIR SUMUR SEBAGAI SUMBER AIR BERSIH DI DESA SUNGAI NIBUNG, KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

A common problem faced by coastal communities is the lack of clean water. This issue also occurs in the coastal area of Sungai Nibung Village, Teluk Pakedai District, Kubu Raya Regency. The community relies on dug well water; however, this water is yellowish, murky, and has an iron odor. This activity, in Community Service (PKM), aims to collect data on the condition of water and existing clean water fasilities and infrastructure, and offer treatment solutions that consider the current situation. The method was carried out through field surveys, raw water sampling, simple water testing (pH, salinity, and coagulation-flocculation tests), and observation of clean water supporting facilities. High levels of in the water can be reduced through coagulation-flocculation using soda ash and PAC to precipitate the iron. If the sedimentation stage is skipped, the workload of the filters in te available facilities becomes heavier. One applicable solution for the community is to add aeration and sedimentation tanks to oxidize and precipitate the iron.

DISEMINASI DAN BEDAH BUKU PENGANTAR MICROTEACHING SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI MAHASISWA CALON GURU

This community service activity aims to enhance the pedagogical and professional competence of pre-service teachers through the dissemination and book review of Introduction to Microteaching by Uswatun Khasanah (Revised Edition, Tahta Media, 2024). The program was carried out using a participatory approach through three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage included coordination among the organizing team, scheduling, and the development of evaluation instruments; the implementation stage involved material presentations, interactive discussions, and reflective microteaching practices; while the evaluation stage focused on assessing improvements in participants’ understanding and teaching skills. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ comprehension of microteaching concepts, lesson design abilities, and self-confidence in classroom teaching practice. Furthermore, the activity fostered a culture of collaboration, strengthened pedagogical literacy, and broadened the participants’ understanding of reflective teaching as an essential component of professional development. In conclusion, this dissemination and book review activity effectively contributed to strengthening the professional competence of pre-service teachers and served as a model of community service integrating academic literacy with capacity building in higher education.

PENYULUHAN DAN PENERAPAN INOVASI PENGOLAHAN SUSU SAPI MENJADI SABUN SUSU DAN SUSU PASTEURISASI DI KELOMPOK TANI DAN TERNAK MARGO UTOMO PILAHAN KABUPATEN SEMARANG

The application of innovations in processing cow's milk into milk soap and pasteurized milk was carried out at the Kelompok Tani dan Ternak Margo Utomo Pilahan, Semarang Regency, as a step to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in converting livestock products into products with added value. The program began with a needs survey, followed by training using presentation, discussion, and practical demonstration methods of making pasteurized milk and soap from milk. During the program, participants received materials in an interactive way and were directly involved in the process of making processed products. The assessment results indicated an increase in participants' understanding and ability in milk processing, as well as a growing enthusiasm to develop a dairy-based business within the group community. This activity proved successful as an answer to the problem of excess milk production among farmers and has the potential to encourage increased income and economic independence of the community.

PENINGKATAN KESADARAN HUKUM PEREMPUAN TERHADAP KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA DAN MASALAH SOSIAL MODERN MELALUI SOSIALISASI DI KELURAHAN NGRINGO, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

This community service activity aims to increase women's legal understanding and social awareness of domestic violence (KDRT) and modern social challenges such as online loans and drug abuse. The targets of the activity were PKK mothers in Ngringo Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency, who play an important role in maintaining family resilience and being the first protector for children. The implementation method used a participatory approach through legal socialisation, interactive discussions, and questions and answers with academic speakers and legal practitioners. Data was collected descriptively qualitatively through observation, documentation, and participants' responses during the activity. Results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the types of domestic violence (physical, psychological, economic), reporting procedures and legal protection, as well as awareness of the dangers of illegal online loans. The discussion also revealed various real-life cases relevant to people's lives, such as economic neglect, spousal drug abuse, and marital property conflicts. Participants showed great enthusiasm and began to understand the role of the law in protecting family rights. This activity contributed to the strengthening of legal literacy, the courage to report, and the development of a more just and law-aware society. In conclusion, community-based legal socialisation is effective in encouraging social transformation towards families that are harmonious, safe, and protected from violence.
