Abstract

The Company's source of funds cannot depend entirely on Bank Financial Institutions, so it needs to be sought through other institutions such as the Capital Market. At this time, the Capital Market has become a Financial Institution in various countries including Indonesia and Malaysia. As an open institution, of course, the Capital Market does not only rely on local investors, but also foreign investors, so it is necessary to discuss Capital Market Topics in various countries. In this book, we begin to explore the Capital Market in Indonesia and Malaysia. In addition, Sustainable Business has been widely echoed in various countries, so this book tries to introduce the Islamic Capital Market as one of the Approaches to a Sustainable Capital Market. Of course, this book is not perfect and incomplete, so it allows other authors to develop other books that could be a Complement Book.
