This study investigates the implementation of teacher performance improvement management at MI Al-Qur'an ABC El Rahma as an effort to achieve student excellence. Using a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 22 informants comprising the principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that a structured management system comprising data-driven planning, clinical academic supervision, continuous professional development, a Professional Learning Community (PLC) culture, and PDCA-cycle evaluation via Management Review Meetings (RTM) produces positive impacts on three dimensions of student excellence: academic achievement improvement, character and moral strengthening, and the development of 21st-century creativity and competencies (4C). However, the system remains person-dependent on the principal's leadership, requires institutional SOP strengthening, innovative pedagogy integration, and long-term outcome-based evaluation. This study contributes an integrative model of teacher performance management grounded in Qur'anic values.
